1 year ago It worked, finally! For anyone struggling to install this package, I did the following:
- conda create --prefix gears_perturbation
- conda activate ./gears_perturbation/
- conda install pytorch torchvision torchaudio cpuonly -c pytorch
- conda install pyg -c pyg
- pip install cell-gears
Hello there, I am facing problems installing the package. I tried installing it in a virtual environment but it is failing. Do you recommend a specific python version? I am following your instructions but the version of CUDA is appear as "None" I don't know why.
Any recommendations and advises are appreciated.
