Hi OGB team,

May I ask if the edge attributes of ogbg-ppa dataset are exactly the same as the protein dataset used in STRATEGIES FOR PRE-TRAINING GRAPH NEURAL NETWORKS?

Hi! No, they are not exactly the same. I believe the dataset source is the same but ogbg-ppa has float features representing the confidence scores of each protein-protein association.
