New release (with Python 3.10 and 3.11 wheels) #243

The latest version of snap-stanford on PyPI is 6.0.0. That release is from December 2020 and getting quite a bit old. There are also no wheels available for Python 3.10 (cp310) and Python 3.11 (cp311).

It would be great if a new release could be tagged and created on PyPI, which includes wheels for Python 3.10 and 3.11.

Very much agreed - it really sucks being unable to use this fantastic package on my new projects which have 3.10+ dependencies.
