Hi, sorry for duplicity but i really need help with this bug. Its also mentioned in issue #235. But when i trying to run ./motifcluster from examples. It always ends with error:
Input directed graph file (-i:)=C-elegans-frontal.txt Motif type (-m:)=M4 *** Error: ARPACK error
run time: 0.06s (22:21:50)
Can somebody please help me? Thank you very mych.
