[BUG] Can't open a certain GUI apps on KDE

Describe the bug

Can't open a certain GUI apps on KDE. Qt apps refuse to open and gtk apps miss icons and theming.

This is the output of KDE apps: libEGL fatal: DRI driver not from this Mesa build ('23.2.1-1ubuntu3.1~22.04.2' vs '24.0.9-0ubuntu0.1')

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run Alacritty as a snap
2. Run dolphin or kdialog --getsavefilename or gwenview
3. It won't show up

Expected behavior

GUI apps should pop up without issues.
