Export missing library paths #13

The stage packages that we were previously shipping with this snap were not being used as they were not added to the library path. Fix that.

Due to different reasons I ended up reinstalling my OS and when I installed the Android Studio snap it worked perfectly fine and the emulator started and worked fine even without this patch.

So, I believe that even the stage-packages that this snap ships are not needed anymore. So I would even remove them from the snap, publish a new release and graduate that to stable.

So I am closing this one as it seems the latest emulator does not require 32bit libs. Will do another PR to remove the stage packages.
