[Bug]: python-fu is missing #197

What happened?

pygimp is missing from this build. Neither usr/lib/gimp/2.0/python nor usr/lib/gimp/2.0/plug-ins/py* exists. All plugins from pygimp are completely missing.

In gimp's filter menu the python-fu disappeared. The official flatpak version still has all pygimp plugins.

What should have happened?

python-fu should be in filters menu.
