note that this is filed against the preview branch as it is for a separate track in the snap store (build and release is handled at https://launchpad.net/~diddledani/gimp-snap/+snap/gimp-preview via a mirror of the preview git branch)

You disabled armhf builds, but specify build-environment for armhf. Was this intentionally disabled?

yes, I disabled armhf builds on purpose because there is no gnome-42-2204 for armhf (yet? I mentioned this to you the other day) - until I'm given clarity over it's likelihood of appearing in the future or whether armhf is never going to happen for the gnome platform I've left the armhf build environment so that it is easy to reenable without having to trawl git history.

Ah, indeed. And I really don't know if we want to support armhf, as we don't even build desktop images.
