[Enhancement]: Update to OBS 29.X #168

What changes would you like?

OBS is a popular software, it would be nice if we would have the update to the version 29. I am very happy with the current snap OBS 27.x, since it is the only version that works properly on my Unbuntu mate 22.04 / framework laptop.

I didn t see any branch or way to try the new snap 29.X ; therefor this enhancement request. I am personaly interested in the new basic Equalizer included in this update.

Can you compile please version for ARM64. I need it on Radxa Rock 5b

I experience bug on 27.1.3 (Snap) Capturing the screen with the PipeWire doesn't capture what happens on games for example. The 29.1.3 (Flatpack version) seems to solve that issue on the preview ("OBS preview window"). Not capturing properly on the rendered video tho
