Failed to open files #1

ERROR!!! :: Failed to open file: assets/stats.txt ERROR!!! :: Failed to open file: assets/gamepad.cfg

i see this errors in cli, the game loads

I also experienced this error - on Xubuntu 18.04 I see Segmentation fault (core dumped) when I try to launch Spelunky normally. When launching with R600_DEBUG=mono spelunky I still the file open errors described above.

Experiencing segmentation fault on Kuntunu 18.10, same issue existed on Kubuntu 18.04. 

This is where it would have set them fullscreen= 0, they are 960,720   displaywidth/h 1920,1200

try this sudo snap install spelunky --edge it`s working for me

Tried the edge version and receive exact same error.
