Sublime Merge is now releasing packages for 64-bit ARM on Linux and this PR adds support for those.

This feature bumps the version of Sublime Merge to the most recent, since version 2020 does not have arm64 tarballs.

It was a bit tricky to get everything sorted for snapcraft and lxd on my Pinebook Pro, but after that building and testing the snap went without a hitch 🎉
