Add ion-sfu support #1

I'd be happy to add support for load testing of ion-sfu. If there are any considerations in mind regarding support of a new media server (in this case ion-sfu), please share :)

sure, it would be awesome, we are considering to add support for well-known WebRTC media servers.

hi @smf8 we have implemented janus media server. let me know if you still have consideration about implementing ion-sfu part.

Hello Mohammad, I've prepared an initial implementation for ion-sfu using it's SDK. I'll submit my PR tonight and we can discuss it further.
