Add tests to the aws.ts module

This is in preparation of a later PR, which will update the aws.ts module to the v3 SDK (see https://github.com/snapshot-labs/pineapple/issues/177)

This PR add tests without touching aws.ts Next PR will refactor aws.ts, without touching the tests

Separating test and refactor for better isolation
