fix: do not flash "No spaces" message while loading spaces #453

Summary

Closes: #390

This PR fix an issue where the "There are no spaces here." message is flashing briefly on http://localhost:8080/#/settings page load, due to the user being empty on page load.

Also adda fix to refresh the space list on account change

How to test

  1. Connect to your account
  2. Go to http://localhost:8080/#/settings
  3. You should not see the message "There are no spaces here." on page load
