feat: remove `verifyingContract` from sn-sig auth #463

Because verifyingContract is not part of SNIP12, we must remove the verifyingContract field from the domain in order to be compliant with the standard. This issue goes hand in hand with https://github.com/snapshot-labs/sx-starknet/pull/626
