Hi! Thanks for great extension! I did small fixes for you extension:

Added demo gif.
Restyle toolbar, fixed style bugs.
Modified of db init profiler (What does the definition of driver to config file? This is not need to check again.).

If need - I can separate this pull-request at few pull-request.
