Trying adding Chinese Translation #20

Hi yjerem, I'm a Chinese developer (actually, a student now) who are inspired by your wonderful tutorial. I'm trying to translate it into chinese. It's not finished now, but I want to let you check if my translation is easy and good for you to merge. Hope to hear from you! I will pull when I finish all translation!

That's awesome, good work! I'm not sure what's the best way to organize translation files: the way you're doing it, or to have a different folder for each language, or to fork the whole repo. But that can be figured out later. I'll certainly be willing to host the HTML of the Chinese translation on my site, and link to it from the main tutorial, once it's done.
