AT=>AP: link to Bluesky profile if user hasn't bridged #1288

has an @ tag to nerdcities.bsky.social which links to https://bsky.brid.gy/ap/did:plc:wkflkbryiylhva4wg5jitzrv <- shows me json that says "atproto user not found"

is it possible to have this work like how Threads handles non-federated users, where the @ just links to the bluesky profile?
