Real work is pretty much all in https://github.com/snarfed/granary/issues/174, this is just a placeholder.

Publishing them from indieweb sites into the fediverse is a bigger, more open question, since we don't yet really have mf2 figured out: https://indieweb.org/poll

Remaining work here is rendering in HTML and plain text, ie AS1 => HTML, RSS, Atom, JSON Feed.

@KevinMarks added great HTML progress bars to huffduff-video ages ago, https://github.com/snarfed/huffduff-video/pull/17 , wonder if those would be useful here.
