Integration test the full protocol matrix! Ideally a full flow of discover user, follow, post, reply, etc.

Big project, but it'd definitely be useful! I'm already seeing bugs that don't show up in unit tests alone.

We have more integration tests now! Expanding this issue to track making them more comprehensive.
