We need a way for people to opt out of Bridgy. If someone opts out, we would ignore all of their replies, likes, reposts, etc, and never send any webmentions for them.
Not sure what mechanism we should use yet. Bridgy Fed currently looks for #nobridge or #nobot in bio text, https://github.com/snarfed/bridgy-fed/issues/666, which is a bit of a convention in the fediverse, but less common (if at all) elsewhere. Alternatively we could just have people file an issue here and add them to a manual blocklist.
