Bluesky: refreshSession error: Could not find user info for account #1607

Started seeing this error when we try to refreshSession for bluesorella.bsky.social: Error 400, response body: '{"error":"InvalidRequest","message":"Could not find user info for account: did:plc:u762zeyaiz6h22rosnlw24vx"}'

I initially thought this was #1606, but now I'm not sure. https://plc.directory/did:plc:u762zeyaiz6h22rosnlw24vx shows that they're still on bsky.social, not migrated to a new PDS as in https://github.com/bluesky-social/atproto/discussions/1832. Oddly though, https://bsky.social/xrpc/com.atproto.identity.resolveHandle?handle=bluesorella.bsky.social returns error InvalidRequest: Unable to resolve handle. Did they delete their account somehow?

I think those two commits ^ did it, https://brid.gy/bluesky/did:plc:u762zeyaiz6h22rosnlw24vx was automatically disabled.
