What to do about tweepy? #720

So tweepy may now be unmaintained: https://github.com/tweepy/tweepy/issues/2099#issuecomment-1529153771 . Ugh. granary's Twitter support is more or less unmaintained now too, so I wouldn't care, except an abandoned tweepy is now blocking some of our dependency upgrades, eg #700. Hrm. What to do?

The hawk-ish answer here is to drop granary's Twitter/X support.
