feat(bn): using lookup

• Define lookup table in main_gate, and use 16-bits (this is similar size for our ivc circuit, close to optimal) lookup to range check big int limbs. E.g 96 limb size will need 6 lookups
• Use as much as linear combination before modular reduction.
