What are the steps to reproduce this issue?

Perform an action showing Toast
Attempt to press cog icon on the left

What happens?

Small toast blocks cog icon.

What were you expecting to happen?

A reduction of invisible area of Toast?

Any logs, error output, etc?

None.

Notes?

This is small issue for that cog icon only. Blocking elements on the main screen are expected to happen.
