Edit form for service request disappear after accessing it by direct URL or refreshing the page #21

What are the preconditions to reproduce this issue?

  1. There is new/assigned service request in the system

What are the steps to reproduce this issue?

  1. Log in on customer or manager account
  2. Attempt to access a page via direct URL

OR

  1. Log in on customer or manager account
  2. Enter Service Request list
  3. Enter new / assigned Service Request details
  4. Refresh page

What happens?

Edit panel disappears after a second.

What were you expecting to happen?

Access via direct URL functions the same as by button access.

Notes?

When edit accessed by button the edit form does not disappear. Example of URL: /service-requests/32641459-338b-42f5-9703-276645d863ae/edit
