In Progress service request can be edited via direct URL #37

What are the preconditions to reproduce this issue?

  1. There is In Progress service request in the system

What are the steps to reproduce this issue?

  1. Log in on customer or manager account
  2. Access a page via direct URL
  3. Edit Service Request
  4. Commit changes by pressing Save

What happens?

Service Request that is In Progress can be edited.

What were you expecting to happen?

Access via direct URL is not possible (inconsistent with other statuses). Toast shows that changes cannot be made (this will be consistent with other statuses).
