Operational viral taxonomy

[ ] fix ictv taxonomy (add k, p, etc.) to be consistent with host taxonomy
[x] create a taxon table genome_id, cluster_id, cluster_rank
[ ] cluster MQ into de novo vOTUs\
[x] add subgenus rank
[x] check for hierarchical relationships
[x] add operational taxonomy to otu table
[x] Finalize ids (vOTU, vSBG, vGEN, vSBF, vFAM)
[x] Only list OTU reps in table
[x] create vc-level table: size, num refs, list of refs, consensus taxonomy, lifestyle, host, etc
[ ] list references assigned to each otu
[ ] assign references to species level votus
