imaging label mismatch

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open study 006 image either from the snapshot tab or right click on the EEG 
viewer
2. page back and forth through the images 
3. random electrode labels remain on the images (reproduced this 3 times with 3 
different electrodes on study 006)
