Annotations not visible

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Show all datasets in dataset browser
2.Select I012_P001_D01 and view EEG.
3.Scroll right through record.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A total of 114 annotations should be visible throughout the record.
Only annotations in the first page (i.e. start to start+width) of data are 
visible. Regardless of the width none of the annotations outside the first page 
of data are visible.

correction: 

Only annotations in the first page (i.e. 0 to width) of data are visible

The problem may be that the end times for these annotations are all 0. We do 
have support for 1D annotations, but as I understand it, only for predefined 
types: 

1, HFO, clinical, 0, 1, eeg
2, Spike, clinical, 0, 1, eeg
6, Note, clinical, 1, 1, eeg
9, Bookmark, clinical, 1, 1, eeg
15, Discussion Ref Time, portal, 1, 1, eeg
16, Frequency, portal, 1, 1, eeg
17, Filter Type, portal, 1, 1, eeg
