Unable to read time series #482

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load and cache dataset (user)
2. Delete datasets/Change file mappings (by developer)
3. Attempt to view dataset again (user)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
See "Unable to read time series". Developer (acnani), however, has no problems

Please provide any additional information below.
This issue has occurred before. I believe a restart of the server fixed it and 
refreshed some cache. Would appreciate it if this could be done and possibly 
fixed for future occurrences.
Datasets are in I014*.
