Portal zeroing EEG during 60Hz intervals when it should have shown the EEG

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load EEG of dog I004_A0009_D002
2. Go to second 185 (among many others)

Expected to see signal begin having 60Hz buzzes at sec 189.
Instead, Portal is completely wiping out the signal as if from old artifact 
masking.

I downloaded channel LEFT2.mef (2.4GB) & decompressed it in MATLAB using our 
big-data Java-mediated method. I'm showing what the signal looks like in our 
Poorman's EEG viewer peeg.m. Compare that to the corresponding aligned segment 
on Portal.
