Need persistence of newly created montage #492

Many events are invisible on EEG unless looking at bipolar or other montages. 
It typically takes non-negligible effort to create a new montage, which is why 
most EEG viewers allow saving them for later reuse. Want something similar to 
the way annotations can persist.
(If there is currently a way to do this on IEEG viewer, let me know, but then 
it's not obvious).

Montages are now stored, editable and sharable between users
