Remove Work tab #497

The Work tab should be removed and its functionality moved to other tabs.

Projects should be managed in the Datasets tab where they are already listed. 
Clicking a project should change the right hand pane to a management pane for 
the project. Drilling down on the project should list the datasets in the 
project. This will also make project tabs unnecessary.

Favorites/Recents should move to the Updates tab.
