Tree.newick ends up with extra data at end. #13

After a run of Mesquite and a commit, this data appeared in the Newick 
string:

((3,2),((1,4),(((((5,6),7),8),(9,10)),(((((14,13),(11,12)),(15,16)),(17,18)),((2
0,19),((
(((22,21),23),24),25),((26,27),(28,(29,(30,31))))))))))[%
] [%pPodID = 1 pPodStatus = 1 ];

The "[%pPodID = 1 pPodStatus = 1 ];" parts looks wrong.
