mesquite.pPod.lib.MesquiteAssert.assertEqualsCharacterData(CharacterData, CharacterData) uses getStateName

mesquite.pPod.lib.MesquiteAssert.assertEqualsCharacterData(CharacterData, 
CharacterData) uses 
getStateName for molecular matrices when comparing states. 

Doing getState fails sometimes even though the state names are correct. 

This problem happens after a PPodInterface.mergeToLocal, so I'm guessing that 
if something needs 
to change it needs to change in 
mesquite.pPod.lib.mesquite2ppod.MesquiteMolecularData2PPodSequenceSet<S>.
