Need an escape hatch for when things go wrong #30

there should be a way to force a download of the project state from the 
database in case things get messed up in some unforseen way that prevents 
uploading.

One possibility is to force the user to delete their local copy and start over.

We're going to require the use to delete all objects in the project and then 
redownload.
