Admin Notify Not Working To Notify #1

I add this plugin and it doesn’t show VPN joins to the admins. sometimes on map change logs show. but 99% after doesn’t. checking mysql shows that vpn does log inside. so not sure why this plugin isn’t logging a vpn join to chat... is the way the plugin is checked only called once? as this doesn’t seem to work beyond a few times. does not work with vpn joiner in mid game or whatever. plugin typically doesn’t seem to work.

What flag do your admins (who should be seeing this) have mid-game? sm_who

Errors in logs for proxykiller itself and/or this?
