Potential issue with FF install #136

Install/create account from scratch process didn't work the first time for a new user: Anonyname->Confirmation->Install game on FF. User was able to uninstall then reinstall the extension to get it to work, after account was made.

Note: It appears tally_meta and tally_user aren't created on first install in FF.
