So I think both parts of the current name journal-rss are wrong immediately after we made this - we are thinking of doing feeds for things that aren't just journals, and we are thinking of making feeds that aren't RSS feeds.
Let's just call this paper-feeds because that's pretty damn general and is more like what it seems people want to be doing with this code. I'll still make sure RSS is high up in the SEO, and this is definitely not an attempt to de-emphasize how the point is definitely to make RSS feeds for journals that don't have them -- but we can do other stuff too :)
