[BUG] Filenames not corrected

Describe the bug

many note titles do not get linted by the plugin

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: 1.

run the plug in from cntrl-Shift-P, in changed 2 filenames, while I have about 79 from an note import from another app with special characters

Expected behavior

a full interception of all cases of troublesome note-titles

Could you please attach a screenshot of your plugin settings?

Sorry I just realised that the plugin worked.. but the vault is in a git repo and the filenames kept appearing as before until I did not commit the changes. So it wasn't a bug in the plugin -sorry for the misunderstanding!
