Spawning friendly/enemy npcs with their own settings? (EDIT) #67

These settings could be related to what weapon they spawn with, how much health they have or if they're invulnerable, if they follow the player, what model they use, etc.

It would be pretty cool to roll into the North Point fight club with Conroy, Duke, and Calvin backing you up, and kind of funny to spawn NotPing in with an assault rifle.

This is already option in Mod Menu.
