What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install
2. run it

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I espect an agllery, i see nothing

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.3 on windows xp

Please provide any additional information below.
an unknows exception when the call of line Egalery:363:
$WshShell->Run("php.exe $Command", 0, false);

For some reason I didn't get a notification that this issue had been created.

The issue itself has already been fixed, just not released. See line 376 of the 
source
