Welcome page ad #60

I created a new "Welcome Page ad" for MortgageFlex but the ad doesn't show. I'm unclear why as I've paid for this add creation ability already.

Do you know why it isn't working? It seems therr image file isn't showing.

I suppose it was some configuration related issue on Server, its working now please check.
