What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Windows 8
2. Chrome

  Steps:
1. Go to http://orest92-001-site1.myasp.net/
3. Enter field From
4. Enter fied to
5. Enter field Phone
6. Push Show The Way (field Esteblishment price is empty!!! Picture 1)
7. Push OrderTaxi (field Costs is empty!!! Picture 2)
8. Push Order (field Costs is empty!!! Picture 3)

Current: Esteblishment Prise is empty. Fre taxi :)
Expected: Correct calculate prises.
