Added feature for downloading all episodes of anime #80

This feature enables user to download all episodes of anime with one click, only issue with this pr is user is not notified of the download until work for listing episodes is completed. Other improvement:

  1. Selecting default video quality ,
  2. Selecting default language for subs and audio
  3. offline subtitles
  4. better download cache
