Achievement Functionality #93

User Story As a user I want to get rewarded with badges and stickers for reaching achievements, in order to keep my motivation up on developing my portfolio.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently their is no motivation for users to build up their profiles.

Describe the solution you'd like An achievement system should be implemented that rewards the user for reaching goals.
