Lua Support #139

According to TASVideos[1], Snes9x was the first emulator to support Lua Scripts. Although, I was not able to find any option on the latested 1.54.1 version on Unix related to it.

Was this support just a branch? Can we merge it?

If you look, they have a typo. They use SNES9X-RR (re-recording fork) which isn't part of this original branch. This branch doesn't have LUA-based functions to my knowledge.
