www.snes9x.com seems massively broken and out of date :/

Red-Chaos1 commented 7 years ago

When I was informed of the updates I made changes to the site files. Unfortunately, Jerremy has it set up using Cloudflare so the changes weren't reflecting right away. He then made some changes which seems to have further broken the site. I have been unable to get in touch with him since. I only have FTP access, so I cannot fix whatever is broken on the backend. That said, the forums should still work. I check them every other day or so for spam and approving new users posts.

Okay, thanks.

The Download link sends to a CloudFlare 520 HTTP Error

Nicholas-Steel commented 7 years ago

Yep, that is part of the reason I said massively broken.

As for an actual website, that depends if any web-gurus wanna do the work for free to make a new one.

1) Everything but the Downloads page seems to work on the main website. 2) If you trigger a server error via visiting the Downloads section of the main website, click Back and then visit the forums... logging in will show a server error. The error doesn't occur if you didn't previously trigger a server error.

@jcdenton2k @Red-Chaos1 I might be willing to do the work, but I would need direction and some requirements and such.
