I have to make a picture for the ontology of Chembl/chebi. Maybe it is possible to generate these with Owlpropviz or Owlgred in Protege.

Owlpropviz is out of order/support: Their web server at http://www.wachsmann.tk/owlpropviz is not working correct.

Still no success at visualizing the ontology. All tools are outdated or not working :(

Maybe this will help: http://www.xml.com/pub/a/2003/12/03/gss.html But like every tool/thing on this subject it is very outdated...

I think the most important informations to use the chebi/chembl endpoints are written into the wiki now.
